Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind after purchase, please contact us and our team will be happy to assist. We assess each request on a case-by-case basis and will always do our best to find a fair solution. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your TV arrives damaged or develops a fault, we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a description and photos of the issue.

How to Request a Return

Contact us via our contact page or email us directly. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds

Once a return is approved and the item received, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Consumer Rights

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by this policy.
