Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery speed.

• Standard shipping: 2–5 business days (mainland UK)
• Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland: allow 1–2 additional business days
• Express shipping: next business day for most UK addresses when ordered before 2pm (available at checkout)

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next business day.

Stock & Fulfilment

We work hard to maintain accurate stock levels. On rare occasions, a listed item may become temporarily unavailable after your order is placed. In these cases, we will contact you promptly and may source the product from an alternative authorised supplier to fulfil your order without delay.

If we are unable to source the item, you will receive a full refund.
